Domaine de Canton, the definitive ginger liqueur from France, is looking for the best dishes that feature Domaine de Canton. Recipes should be one the following types: appetizer, main dish, side dish, and dessert. A winner from each category will receive a prize of $1,000 and will be featured in the 2012 Domaine de Canton Recipe Book.

Recipe submissions will be accepted from August 1st, 2011 through March 31st, 2012 at midnight PST. Each individual may submit one recipe to each category.
